Souvlaki Dinner (Sue-vlah-kee): 2 Skewers of char-broiled specially marinated pork sirloin kabob served with rice pilaf, seasoned green beans, Greek salad, and bread.
Pastichio (Pa-steech-oh): Layers of baked macaroni, imported cheese and seasoned beef topped with bechamel sauce.
Moussaka (Mouh-sa-ka): Layers of baked eggplant, potatoes, ground beef, imported cheeses and special spices topped with a bechamel sauce.
Spanakopita (Span-a-koh-pee-ta): Greek “Spinach Pie” made wtih filo dough, spinach, and imported cheese and baked to perfectoin.
Plaki Dinner: Baked fish with onions, peppers, and tomatoes served with rice pilaf, seasoned green beans, Greek salad, and bread.
Chicken Dinner: Delicious baked lemon-pepper seasoned chicken served with rice pilaf, seasoned green beans, Greek salad, and bread.
Gyro (Gee-row): Everybody’s favorite! Flavorfully seasoned strips of meat served in a warm pita bread and topped with sliced tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce.
Lamb Dinner: Succulent roasted lamb seasoned with Greek spices and served with rice pilaf, seasoned green beans, Greek salad, and bread.
Lamb Shank: Savory lamb shank, slow braised with aromatic vegetables and Greek spices.
